Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. Everything is built into the app and works offline.
I missed a day. What happens?
Nothing is lost. Pick up where you left off; the days are yours to go through at your own pace.
The daily reminder isn’t showing.
Check that the reminder is on in the app’s Settings, and that notifications are allowed for the app in iOS Settings → Notifications.
How do I start over?
In the app, go to Settings → Reset progress. To remove your journal and everything else too, use Settings → Erase all my data. Erased data cannot be recovered.
Will my journal move to a new phone?
Your journal is stored on your device. It moves to a new device only through your own iCloud or computer backup and restore. You can also export entries with “Export all entries” in the Journal.
Where can I get the full book?
Use “Get the book” on the About screen, which opens the book’s Amazon page in Safari.
It helps to include your device model, iOS version and the day number you’re asking about.
